We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
