Thank you for your order. Below are the details regarding how orders are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
